Why does Print Preview show just half a window?

I'm new to PhotoImpact 12 as of last week and am still stumbling around with various features. I'm learning how to fiddle with CD/DVD templates in particular and thought I had a handle on them until I was ready to print a 2-up sheet. I was surprised when I looked at the Print Preview and saw that the view was cut in half for some reason. I just want to know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

It means that you have to align your image to the middle of the workspace. this is basically the size of your paper. however if you just want to have a full view of your canvass, you can click the 1:1 ratio button just above the preview window.

There is something wrong with your paper definition. Your label stock should be of a common aspect format like Letter or A4 depending on where in the world you buy it. From your preview I can see that your paper is too narrow for the hight.
