You can export the edited movie to an AVI, then import that AVI into MF.

If you want several menu buttons for the scenes, export each scene, import the completed moview, then drop them on the MF timeline.

Or you could create the individual scenes in MF

How do you import an AVI into MF? I don't see an import function.
