The vsp file is not a video file and as such cannot be converted to anything. It is your VS project file, a text file which holds info about the in/out points of your source files and other actions taken during editing. It only tells VS where the source files are and what to do with them.

You have to open your project and render a file of the format you want from within your project.

thx very much Hienz, But im still at a loss about how to do this. all i know is, i have saved the vid clip. if i dpouble click it it plays in Videostudio. I dont know what to do with it. Could you please post a step by step account of how i do this. So i could use windows media player to watch it. Please treat me as stupin as i am really not good at this sort of stuff. In the Aerial and Satellite world i could talk your socks off. Thats what i do for a living.

Thx

Hi Steve,

We have a Tutorials Section, which has categories for each type of Ulead's major programs, such as Video, and Imaging.

You might want to read through From Camcorder to DVD tutorial.

That tutorial along with several more, are found in our Video Editing section. Even though you are not wanting to create DVDs, it has a lot of information I think would help you.
