vista patch

Has anybody tried to get ulead to answer the question of are they going to release a patch for picture show 4 to work with Vista, I have on a number of occasions with no success they seem to ignore this request for a straight answer yes or no, anyone have any news on this,thanks

So this answers my question as to why my Picture Show won't work with Vista.
Come on Ulead - Patch please !!!!
