I purchased the Gif Animator 5.0 and love it. However, something attacked my computer and I couldn't open anything....therefore I had to reformat my hard drive and lost all my programs. Is there any place I can download another copy of my Gif Animator 5.0? I still have my registration number.
Thanks for any help you can give.
Gif Animation 5.0
At least once a week we have to answer the same questions for some user who does not take responsibility for their downloads. It's frustrating.
You have to contact the vendor of your program and ask for a fresh download link. As long as you have your proof of purchase like a receipt etc. you may be lucky.
There are no download links available for full versions except via the vendor, usually elements5 for ULEAD.

Well, I have almost every program there is from Ulead, all downloaded ESD versions, all accessed via the Ulead web site but the vendor in each case was elements5, not Ulead. As far as I know they (ULEAD) do not sell directly on line. Send your details to whoever sold you the download link in the first place.
This is where I go when I purchase something http://www.ulead.co.uk/store/ga/runme.htm. Thanks.

Helps if there is no period after .htm there...
Once you get past adding it to the cart and go to pay for it, you should end up at Element 5's site, though.
As per http://www.ulead.co.uk/tech/faq/custservice_faq.htm#4, try going to Element 5's site and see what they can do for you.
