I've made a production of a mixed martial arts night we held a while back. I have 15 fights, each of them edited in a common manner. Each fight is held in a seperate .VSP file. Now I want to put all 15 fights together and place them onto a DVD with a menu etc. However when I try to add the .VSP files to the Video library it says, on some, not all of the files: 'Unable to open file [FILENAME.VSP] File Format Mismatch 16803:1:2.
Anyone else come across this, any feedback would be appreciated.

Have you tried rendering each VSP file?
A VSP file is a VideoStudio Project, which is just the instructions for the program to use when creating (rendering) a video file. So for each VSP go to Share>Create Video File, and render a DVD compatible MPEG-2 video file. When this is completed, then start a New Project, do not place anything in the timeline, and go directly to Share>Create Disc. This will open up the burn module, which is actually a separate utility application.
Now in the burn module, insert all the DVD compliant MPEG-2 video files you created from the VSP files. Continue on building your menus, adding chapters, ect., ending with the burn screen. You may want to Create DVD Folders first, so that you can test it on your PC before actually burning to disc. Then if you need to make corrections or changes, you would not have wasted any discs. If no changes are needed you can burn the DVD folders to disc.
