Unable to play audio

after installing photos and theme i went to menu to intalled a background audio i get a error messege saying Unable to play file. Error in initialization. and then it give me this number [18906:2:3] can anyone help me with this problem please

I don't know about the number but can tell you what happened to me. I have music on my hard drive in my Windows Media Player library. I can't take a song from there. I have to use a song from a CD. I know it's the same thing and they're both .wav files. If you put the CD in your CD drive and select it from there it should work. Hope that helps.
