Writing DVD Slideshows

Please Help! I have used Photo Explorer 8.0 and made an excellent slideshow with music. I am now wanting to put this onto a dvd which it says is possible, however when i go to burn tv slideshow it only gives me the option for vcd which my dvd player will not support, and the programme does not recognise a disc being inserted. How do i get the dvd option to come up?? Regards

I'm not sure because you give nothing away

. Is your version an SE version which came bundled with some hardware? Do you have a DVD burner in your PC?

Oh, well the package came on a cd with a few other programs, it was all included in a digital camera package. Yes my computer is dvd re-w, i also have an external cd re write attatched.

Your version would be an SE version, and probably does not include the ability to burn DVDs. Most of those versions that are able to burn DVDs are labeled as SEDVD. Sorry to say that in order to have that option you would need to purchase a full version.
