Not FULLSCREEN
I'm using ulead moviefactory 6. I'm having problem with my moviefactory it seems that the 4:3 screen has a blank on top and bottom just like a 16:9 screen. But if I render a 16:9 theirs still place on top/bottom. what seems to be the problem of my moviefactory? I have 3 pcs installed and all has the same problem. Core 2 Duo E6600 is my processor. Is their a conflict with the processor? My pentium 4 3.4ghz works well. I'm using a Adobe Premiere exported AVI.

It's not a problem of MovieFactory. It output what you have put in. If you want 16:9 than you need to have 16:9 footage. I gather that your footage must have been shot with a camera that can shoot widescreen but is essentially a 4:3 format. You need to get rid of the black bars top and bottom in your editing program. Since that is Adobe you will have to get help from there.

I agree with Heinz.
The AVI seen in the screenshot sure looks like a letter-boxed wide format inside a 4:3 frame to me!
Maybe you have different AVIs and got them mixed up (like cropped, uncropped).
You import the same exact AVI file shown in your screenshot into MF2 and it is shown full-screen 4:3? Really??But if I use the ulead moviefactory 2.0 it works well

It's possible that MF 2 shows you what you expect to see because it was not able to do 16:9 aspect, someone please correct me if I'm wrong here, only guessing.
In MF 2, does it show the video in its full width or are parts cut off on either side? If it shows the picture full width than it would have to be either stretched in MF 6 or squashed in MF 2.
What happens if you play your exported file in MediaPlayer? Does it also have the black bars at top and bottom?
What frame size are using in Adobe Premiere?
