Ulead VS 11 won't create video files or burn disc

Hi,

I'm trialling VS11 on Vista Home Premium. I have only used VS 9 before on XP. I have set up a pretty standart project (for me) that has a few pictures, a bit of video and a sound track. I just want to create the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders and their files (using the Create Disk" option) but after about one minute into the "Burn" process it comes back with a message "Unspecified Error 5.0.0"

If I use the option "Create Video File" (using the same parameters as the project settings) I get a message at about the same point in time saying "unable to load library".

Any ideas?

I also note that nothing happens when I try to preview the end result using the "Preview" button.

OK - don't panic - I've found the problem. Another thread here has identified that the downloadable version has corrupt 3D transition effects. I just replaced them with some others and it rendered just fine. The Preview function still does not work but I never use that anyway.

I hope someone that has actually bought the product has reported this to the technical support people.
