purchased PI 12 but can't get patches

Hi there,

I've tried through the Ulead site with no success, I even put my complaint in the recent Poll sent to my email address (so I know they have my details in there somewhere)...
The problem
I can't log into my user account on Ulead since downloading the latest version... before that it was fine.

I've emailed and no response. Any suggestions, especially from Ulead staff or any PI customers that have had the same thing happen and have a solution.

I'd like to patch for Vista

No idea why it is working today, but I received a reply to my password request and am online with my member account now :)

Ulead's servers seem to be running slower then molasses in the Antarctic, however was able to login and access the download link. I can not post it here as the path breaks the php code, and will make this thread unaccessible.
