Cannot open Ulead Movie Factory 4.0 any more (No launching)

Several days ago, I did use it and everything went smoothly. To my surprise, suddenly, I cannot open this software anymore! The period before this happened, I was doing many operations to struggle against the ccSvcHot.exe (memory could not be read) problem on my computer, for example do Regedit, delete all Temporary files etc. I am afraid I damaged the accessibility of DMF4.0 inadvertently.

Then, I wrote to ULEAD for help, the instruction is through cleaning all the previous traces of DMF4.0 in my computer, including program File, Registry etc, then reinstall. I did that, even more than their instruction that I search all Ulead-pertinent items in my computer and get rid of all them from my machine. Unfortunately, four times cleaning and reinstallation, I am still in the place where I cannot launch the program.

The Ulead is kindly giving me an ftp to re-download the program. But I failed to download it (said the Zip is invalid and corrupted), don¡¦t know why. With my old download file (both saved in my computer and another copy in removable USB hard drive), I still cannot launch.

I am now at the end of my tether. Anyone know the trick? Thank you in advance!
