creating split videos

Just wondering if this is an option? If it is, I must be over looking the option. I'm using version 11.

Just incase there are different terms for split videos, I'm talking about creating a DVD with one screen and having 2 videos on the screen. Like 2 people talking on the phone and seeing them both on the screen.
