Jittering of frame advance in DVD MF6 Plus (trial)

I downloaded the trial version of MF6 Plus, and if anyone can help me fix a problem I've found... I most certainly will buy the product!

I was creating some DVD projects (importing files from DVD which was created with my Panasonic home theatre DVD burner, from tv) and in the finished DVD product, I've notice what you might call "jittering" or skipping frames every few minutes...

It is almost like the picture is advanced (in these problem spots) one or two frames... so you see one frame, then the next clip is a couple of frames ahead (and you miss the 1 or 2 frames in between). And this "jittering" is not present in the original source files.

My system info is below... and I would appreciate anyone replying who has some sense of what's going on and how I might fix it. Oh, I used all the default settings for the project (including anti-flicker) when making the DVD.
