Where can I get more information about Data-Add in MovieFactory 4 Disc Creator? There is very little in the documentation and I can't seem to make it work properly. I am assuming it work in the same way as Roxio's Drag to Disc, and other packet writing software. Ive tried formatting cd-rws with Data-Add, but it just hangs the system.

Do you have other packet writing tool in your system? It's not suggested to have 2 or more packet writing tools installed in the system because they will get conflicted with each other.
And, please describe some information such as Windows version, burner model and the media you use.
If you are using Windows XP, to use Ulead Data-Add in your system you might need to disable the burning feature of Windows XP by right clicking on the burner in Windows Explorer and then select Properties->Recording and uncheck Enable recording for this drive.
