WinDVD for BD Regions Problem

When I try to play the Blu ray Disc, "Kingdom of Heaven", I get an error message saying that the DVD player is of the wrong region although it is a region B disc and my BD player on regions tab (BD title) is set to Region B.

Regions free (I think)Blu ray discs - Casino Royale and Superman play OK

HELP - Sony are less than useless on this issue
