Can't burn DVD DL or create .iso

Hi !
Sorry i'm french and my english isn't very good

I use Workshop 2.232

When i want burn a DVD-DL i can't be.
it's more simple with picture:



I have enough space on my DVD why it say "no" ?




i can't notch the case "use dvd-9" why ?


I try to create un .iso for burn it with nero but impossible too !!!




I install "dws2patch5_e.exe" but it don't work.
I burn my project on a DVD 4.7Go it work correctly.

Salut!

I'll comment first on the middle question. You cannot use DLT functions without a loaded DLT tape drive. It is impossible to use CSS or regional functions on a DVD¡ÓR disk.

I don't think that this has a bearing on your other problems, but it is essential that your burner be loaded with the latest drivers. If you have not done so, download and install them.

Your "C" drive has very little space left -- so there's no more room to create the temp files. Do you have a secondary hard drive to use

Your 3rd picture assumes that you have ALREADY burned the DISC image or the DVD Folders to hard drive (which you have not).

If you can find the space (like a secondary hard drive -- or cleanup your "C" drive if it's your only drive -- like on a laptop). Then in your first picture, uncheck the option to burn to disc, and select the option to create DVD Folders on hard drive. You will then be able to burn the DVD FOlders using your 3rd picture...

I have not yet understood how to tell DVDWS to manage and burn a DVD DL. I am always on the normal DVD Limit of 4 Gig. Where can I adjust or determine wther my Project is a Single Layer or a Double Layer?

That means your writer does not recognise it as a DL blank. Either it isn't or the writer is for SD. Try downloading latest firmware for your burner.
