Bad Experience/Win DVD

I have recently installed Wind DVD and whenever I want to watch a movie a dialogue box appear which want me to register the product and when I click it says Not connected with Internet though internet is connected.

So after several attemepts and contacting intervideo directly I stop thinking to register. Because this product came with DVDRW Drive and no one is ready to help me.

I was thinking to buy other product from Inter Video but I drop the idea after their services.

I am sure I will go a head with Ulead products.
