Unable to Preview Movie in Create Disk of Share step

I purchased Ver 11+ and it is working perfectly on my computer. However, I teach VS at the local Community College and today installed the program on 3 very new computers. When attempting to Create Disk in the Share step the Preview movie was unavailable in both the main screen and the edit menu screen. Does anyone have any ideas???? Thnks

Create Disc Problem

You have to install WinDVD silver, which you should have downloaded when you purchased Ulead VS11. You will find it on bonus disc. Hope this works.

Try going to File/Preferences/General Tab and see what is selected for "Instant Playback Target." Select Preview Window and see if that gets you going.
I really don't think you need to install WinDVD to see previews within the program.

Thanks for your responses to my problem. I know the "Instant Playback Target" is set to Dual Head Device so will try changing that. And I haven't yet installed the bonus disc so will also try that. I won't be back at the college till later this week but will post a message on results as soon as. Thanks again ... Suz
