I just recently bought this software online and am having problems finding different features. Under the Oganize tab I have been able to start a slideshow project. Now I want to customize the trasitions and add music and I can not find see Audio and Effect on when on the slideshow tab. All that is there is Photo Duration, Slideshow duration, and Audio Duration. It is as if I do not have certain parts of the software.
Please help.

Heinz or someone much more knowledgeable than me will come along and help you, but since I also recently bought this as a download, I'm probably close to your level.
You still have the e-mail with the download link, right? I say download it again. It sounds like the download didn't complete properly before. I had to do it a couple times myself. If you had downloaded the trial version before you bought the real thing, delete the trial version first.
I'm quite pleased with this software even though it took me a bit to figure it out.
