I have a retail copy of Windvd 7 Gold. Very recently purchased a 2nd system retiring my first. Windvd 7 Gold worked fine on my previous system. On my current system I am having a major video problem.
1. I'm using the same 22" widescreen LCD. Under video settings the (Widescreen) toggle (below Video window + Deinterlace) is shaded out.
2. I can play and hear a DvD but my video screen is best described as "Zoomed In" or ... some how a couple inches around the entire video perimeter has been cut away. Well, after being "cut away" the remainder of the video just enlarges absorbing the new available space.
3. I have toggled on / off the "Hardware acceleration" options , toggled on/off the "Widescreen Monitor" tick box
My previous and current systems were/are Win XP home. My Previous system had a ATI card , my current system uses a Nvidia card. I'm currently using the manufacturer video card drivers from XFX. I thought a goggle search of my problem yielded a few suggestions one being to "Use the latest video drivers from Nvidia themselves."
Beyound this "zoomed in" video "feature" the dvd audio/video/color seems fine.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Thomas

If the above would be the "normal" widescreen video I should be seeing ... then with this error I am currently seeing

Where the "A, B, E, and F" video portions are "cut away" and thus the "C and D" portions of the video just zoom/enlarge to the same "footprint"
ie: peoples noses are really really huge now haha
