Flash SWF only plays half way

Flash SWF only plays half way
I have some animated Flash word titles that I have created that work perfectly in Flash Player and other Flash based programs (even in PowerPoint) but when I insert them into VS10+ they play so far and stop half way. Any ideas why this might be?
