I needed to de-install and re-install Video Studio 8. When I try to create a Video File or Create a Disk, the program display a error message: "Failed to convert video file. Error: 80041c21"
You can try a 3rd-party conversion program such asSUPER (FREE!!!) to convert your files.
It's usually a problem with the "from" format. The more compressed the source format, the more likely you are to run into trouble. A "bad" or corrupt video file will often play back OK, but cause problems when you try to edit, convert it, or make a DVD from it.

I'm converting from .VSP file: It is a project including .jpg, audio files (mp3) and some filters or transitions.
I try to convert to .mpg file: the error happens both I use "same as a project setting" option or "PAL DVD" option
FYI I have no problem to re-edit .vsp files: update it or else.
I tryed to used "PAL mpg2" option and it well done: now I have a mpg file well running.
But as i say before I'm not able to:
a) use "same as a project setting" option or "PAL DVD" option
b) create a DVD Disk.
I' don't undertand well your suggestion: I need to install "SUPER" codec and re-try to convert using Video Studio, or what?
