Free version 6.0 no longer available?

I read "Download the freeware version of Ulead Photo Explorer 6.0, the
complete solution for the digital photography enthusiast! This
freeware is yours to use for as long as you like."

But the DOWNLOAD NOW button does nothing (Not surprising; it's just a
GIF.)

And below that I see "Click on the SUBMIT button above to download the
freeware version of Ulead Photo Explorer 6.0" Not sure whether that
really means the DOWNLOAD button, as I see no SUBMIT.

Anyone able to confirm that the free (non-expiring) version is no
longer offered please?
