I have vs10 and cant seem to figure out why the music track i have placed in my project does not seem to play when i review my project.....please help!!
One thing though....i have vista and have not yet downloaded the patch for it....might that have somthing to do with it??

Why would you not install the Vista Patch, since you are running it on Vista? That might be the problem, I don't know, because I don't know your music file format. Is it MP3, WAV, MIDI, other? VS has been known to have problems with MP3. Why? It's a long explanation, basically because it is not a standardized codec.
So you can:
1. Try installing the Vista Patch, see if that corrects it.
2. If it is MP3, try converting it to WAV.
