Customer Satisfaction Survey -20070509

I know that this is not the right place to put this query but I don't know any other decent place to put it.
I have received an email asking for a response to " Customer Satisfaction Survey -20070509 " but the return adress "Tech Support <support@ulead.com>" is incorrect and just bounces back my reply.The "Click here to reply" button at the bottom of the email does not work in Hotmail.Any ideas please?

I also recieved this email but it would not fill in the answers to questions.
Is it scam mail or legit.

I have submitted a customer service form, and sent a couple of emails to contacts with Corel, Intervideo * Ulead. I will post back their reply.
