There seem to be a conflict between program update managers in Roxio 9 vista 64 & DVD8
Roxio 9 And the new Intervideo DVD8 InstallShield Update Manager
They both use different version of it and they are not
Compatible IntervideoDVD8 InstallShield Update Manager take over
And the view is corrupted so you only get half the view in the window
Anybody having this problem ?
i contacted intervideo tech support by phone he did not know what i was talking about it seems tech support dose not have a clue
by the way Roxio9 update manger work before i install DVD8
I did a clean install of Vista 64 just to see still dose it try ti more time then i care to say i try what was in the knowlage base did not work
I think they need to get with InstallShield the people who make it
and get the ver that is compatable with Vista 64 because the ver. they use is not but Roxio ver is

now that i uninstalled DVD8 in the VIsta 64 task manger it shows 2 insallsheild update mangers running
and i due not get any window when i goto the control panel 32 and
click on the icon so know i have to reload vista again
to get rid of this conflict thanks to DVD8 and its install manger
I will not be useing DVD8 and telling everybody about it that uses
Roxio 9
there is not support with DVD8 they have no clue
