When I do a search on this web site and click on one of the links that have been found by the search procedure I get a page not found error

Strange - and not a fault of the search facility since I use it regularly - in fact just used it again - and never have that problem.

I note you say "click on on of the links" - where exactly are you clicking - you need to click on the topic of the thread to open it

If you go to the VideoStudio Forum do a search "Audio and firwire" it comes back with a list of hits if you click on one of the links for instance:

VideoStudio Capturing Audio kmsilver 9 65 Sun Feb 11, 2007 7:02 am
kmsilver

The link takes you to the following:

http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... o+firewire

Which is invalid.
If you modify the link to:
http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=20552

It works fine.

Hi,

Both of those links work for me - what browser are you using? Seems to be a problem recognising the php instruction "&highlight=audio+firewire", which just highlights those words in the destination page. Worst case is, you'll just have to delete that part of the url address every time you link to it...

BOTH links work for me - as felix says must be a problem with your browser somewhere

FWIW, both links also work instantly for me. I use Firefox 2.0.0.3, but I just tested the links on IE7, and they worked there too.
