Hello, I just got a new laptop (with Vista.....gah) and I installed my Videostudio 10 from the installer I got when I bought Videostudio. I used the Vista patch and it said that it had updated correctly, I then opened Videostudio to start editing my project. I tried to add a few still images into the first overlay bar and the system slows down for a minute, and then the Windows 'bouncer' asks me if i'd like to close the program (because it is not functioning properly according to Vista) or close the program and search for a solution online...
I have tried both options with no avail...If anybody can help me...my project needs to be presentable by Friday May 18
do I need to upgrade to Videostudio 11?
Sony Vaio N25OE

Videostudio 10 crashes when images are added
