eliminate menu buttons - not just hide them

Note sure if anyone else has run across this or not... but when creating a menu in MF6+, if there is a menu button you do not "need" you can select HIDE as an option ...

However, when you view the final product... and if you direct the dvd cursor over to where the "hidden" menu icon is located... it highlights in yellow and is still 100% usable; almost like a DVD easter egg!!!

However.... since I do not NEED them, that is why I hid them in the first place, it would be desirable if I could actually DELETED these icons completely from the DVD menu... is there any way to do this?
