Default on timeline settings

Hey guys on UVS11 is there a way to set up the time line so when you add pictures and transitions, that you can select a 5 or 10 second showing. What I am trying to do is when I add a picture... all pictures show at 5 or 10 seconds and the transition also at the same amount of time with out manually having to do each one, Mike

In File > Preferences you can set the image and transition duration.
