Customer satisfaction survey/Tech support

Anyone esel run into this problem.
I get a survey from ulead, and the problem is, I can't click the circles to place a spot, nor try to fill it in.

I have the same problem when I try to send a reply to tech support after they initially send me something. I try to type into there reply box and send, with no luck

well I can fill in the circles, but the submit button does absolutely nothing. And that's on both copies I have received - one yesterday and one today,

I can't even do that, the circles wil change color when I click or go over them, but will not show anything in them

I have submitted a customer service form, and sent a couple of emails to contacts with Corel, Intervideo * Ulead. I will post back their reply.

It might do some good, but had the problem with there tech support when you try to reply in an email, that it never works. I have told them 2 or 3 times, when you have those at the bottom of there reply emails, never can fill them in and submit them.
Difficult to do a survey, when you can't fill it in.
