John,
I read your posts as a compliment to this forum.
I was implying that this forum is one of the best for user support.
Customer Satisfaction Survey -20070509

Survey
I've had the same thing regarding the survey. No response when you clock on submit and a failed message when trying to email tech support.
I don't think they really want to know what people thinik of them as most of it it negative. (My opinion anyway)

The forum is Ulead's biggest asset and has helped me solve all my problems with VS10. In my experience tech support is totally useless and ignore all the useful info you give them about the issue only to give some lame stock answer. I couldn't wait to fill in the survey. I had to laugh when I carefully rated each aspect of tech support (bad) and it would not submit my response.
Has anyone had an email from tech support saying there was a server problem and giving the following link - it doesn't work!!

Received an email from Ulead (didn't we all?) advising that some customers experienced problems sending the customer survey and inviting me to
Just click on the link below,
Problem was that the url address was NOT a link and therefore "just click on.." does not work.
So the saga continues (that they obviously do do test what they do).
Problem is easily overcome though by cut and paste to the web browser.
Problem continues
After clicking on SUBMIT
a new page opens thanking me but I had to click on OK 6 times before I could continue and then my browser locked up and I had to go to Windows Task Manager to shut down the process.
WOW what an ordeal.
And I now notice other users experiencing the same problems.
Maybe I should apply for a position in their testing department - do they actually have one?
I don't think I will update VS to later versions unless I have to. I wouldn't be game.
