Videostudio doesn't show video preview for me.

I am quite impressed with the usability of this product, but when I play the preview I get sound and no picture. The picture only shows up when I pause or stop the preview.

Does anyone know whats wrong with this, maybe a similar thing has happened to some one else?

First thing I would check is where VideoStudio thinks it should be showing you your video.

Go to "File >> Preferences" and about 2/3 of the way down the dialogue window is a box against "Instant Playback Target" - if the box is not showing "Preview Screen" then use the drop down and change to preview screen - click OK - let us know the outcome - even if it was already showing preview screen. .

Thanks for the reply but I checked again last night and now it is working. These computers sure are funny things!
