load mpeg vio driver error

I'm getting this error message when I try to launch the program. After showing the splashscreen for a few moments, the error message appears and the program stops loading.

I've tried updating the driver that I found in some other discussions - but it doesn't seem to work.

I downloaded the software online in January 2007 and my link is expired so I cannot uninstall and reinstall.

So, does anyone have any ideas?
