Also can i use the transitions from Videostudio 8??

In DVDMF4, you can:
Click on Add SlideShow in the ADD/EDIT MEDIA step.
Select the pictures you wish to add to the new slideshow album and then click on Add Photos (or Add All).
To add multiple transition effects to the slideshow album, click on Transition Effect, it will pop up a window. Pull down the combo box in the window and then select Random, then click on any transition effect combination you wish to use.
To add multiple Pan&Zoom effects to the slideshow album, click on Pan & Zoom, it will also show up a window. Pull download the combo box in the window and then select any Combination item, then select the Pan&Zoom effect combination you wish to use.
Click on OK to close the slideshow.
Hope this helps.
