i can't capture in pal-ulead video studio 11

i can't to capture in pal mode....
he give me just the ntsc option in the tamplte...
someone can help ??

How did you set up your machine and program? Which country/video standard did you select when installing?

from vhs video
i need to capture in pal....
but in ntsc it capture black & white and without sound and i need pal.

I am sorry but I don't understand. You have set up VS to capture in PAL, but now you are trying to capture from an NTSC source and are surprised it is not capturing correctly???

Ok, we are trying to help but it is difficult to really understand what you are trying to do.
1. Is the source VHS Video NTSC or PAL?
2. How are you trying to capture it, what connections/devices are you using?

Get on a plane, head to the US.
When you get halfway then try capturing
