Capturing /Imp Video Content From DVD-RW- RWMode Into VS11

Hi To All, I am having trouble capturing material previously recorded to a Verbatim DVD-RW ( VRmode) disc into Video Studio 11 Plus trial version.
What happens is, 1. the programmme is open 2. i load the disc 3. select capture 4. click the file to download and 5. PROBLEM! A dialog box pops up
saying " FAILED TO READ DVD INFORMATION" REPORT ID:0X80040901(2305). I cannot proceed any further. The strange thing is, i have owned Movie Factory 4 for 2 years. I have it installed the programme on two non linked computers. On one computer(A) it lets me bring the material off the disc with no problems, the other(B) this lock out problem occures.In all instances, iv'e never closed any of my discs and have had success on computer (A)only. I've just downloaded VIDEO STUDIO11 PLUS trial on computer (A) and would you believe, for one or two times, i could import content from the discs. Then for no apparent reason, i've been locked out capturing material. The trouble is now, i can't import disc material when i use MOVIE FACTORY 4 as well. Iappear to be locked out from importing any disc material at all into both programmes. From a technical point of view, does anyone know what this "REPORT ID: 0X80040901(2305) "means exactly anyway?Also i've tried to bring the disc content to my hard drive as a folder and i can't open the folder successfully into VS11 PLUS. If anyone can help me with this problem i would be very thankful. Regards, Videocatcher.PS. I've tried closing the DVDdisc and it dosen't make any difference, and the disc content was originally captured on an LG set top dvd recorder combo from Vhs PAL tapes.( Always have gotten perfect results)
