Auto Music not working

Hi,

I have VS 9 and 10 loaded on my PC. The auto music under audio is not loading. it gives a message "unable to load" and all fields under auto music is blank.

Can someone help pls.

How did you load V9 and V10 onto your PC - were they from a download or from discs.

Do you have a folder on your C: drive (not in Programs) called "Smartsound Software" - does it have any files in the 'library' sub folder

Hi, Brian,

I loaded VS9 & 10 from Disc. It was working fine with VS 9. But, after I loaded VS 10 it stopped working.

Since VS9 was crashing immediately on launching (after installation of VS10), I have re-installed VS9 after a clean un-installation (following the procedure of deleting all files as given in the forum posting).

The smart sound stopped working in VS9 also after the installation. Now I ended up with both the version not loading the smart sound.

which folder I should check for the smart sound files?

If I recall correctly, there is an update patch on the SmartSound website... www.smartsound.com
