Transitions and Text causing Audio sync probs

I'm using MF3, and I'm having problems with the audio getting out of sync when I add chapter transitions and/or text. The delays don't happen until you view the rendered DVD iso file. I've captured all the video through MF3, and I have installed all of the available MF3 updates.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Transitions and effects rarely work in MF3, I don't know why they even bother to give us the option. You will need to buy Videostudio to do this properly.
