5012 error

I'm getting the following errors:

"Some required modules are lost. Please install them again! (5012)"

"There is an eternal error in the DVD engine."

So I did a search here on the forum and followed the directions to repair. After I repaired, I tried to create a disk again. It froze up at 53% and stayed that way for over 6 hours. I tried to abort but it wouldn't stop so I had to use Task Manager to shut the program down.

After that I tried again and got the 5012 error again. What should I do?
