Creating a Floating bubble/circle across the screen...

Can somebody help me? I want to do this for my wedding video.

1) Does anybody know how to create a floating bubble/circle moving across the screen with actual video inside the bubble/circle?

2) Suppose bride and groom walking in park. Does anybody know how to create showering flowers/bubbles/etc as they are walking?

Is there special effects that I can buy to do this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanx.

You need chroma-keying, something that UVS doesn't support yet.

In a few weeks UVS 9 will be released, and it will have this feature, though I haven't seen it yet and cannot tell you if its implementation of chroma-keying will allow you to do exactly what you want.
