I DL PI11 a good while ago and it will not load now. I deleted it and want to DL PI11 again. How do I do this?

Did you purchase and register with Ulead PI-11? You should have made a back-up on CD or DVD. If not you will need to contact Element 5 Customer Care, to see if they can provide another download link. However keep in mind the current version is 12, and they are working on 13. So being able to obtain another DL for PI-11 may not be possible.

Actually, Ulead Technical Support can give you a download link for your PI11. If you really have registered the product and they have verified it correct after your request, you will receive the PI11 DL link. That's what i did.
