Generated video not same as on timeline

I have figured out how to place a blurred or black box over a portion of the video that I need to hide (i.e. a face that cannot be shown) - using an image as an overlay.

The problem is - although it looks perfect when played in VideoStudio, when I generate the exported video to .wmv, the box I positioned so perfectly has shifted position enough in the exported video to show part of the face.

Why would it show perfectly inside VideoStudio, but shift when exported?

What are the properties of your clips and project?

Well, one of the things I was looking for isn't there. Are your clips 4:3 or 16:9? What about the project?
