No help file, no tutorial in Ulead VideoStudio

I've recently downloaded the VideoStudio 11 Plus trial. There's no help file and no tutorial. Customer service doesn't seem interested and so directed me to this forum. So here's my first question: I'm used to working in 2 windows -- the source window and the preview window. VS11 has just the one window. So you choose your mark in and mark out points -- and that appears in the timeline (sometimes) -- but then the master file disappears. There must be a simple way to use this (without a help file and without a tutorial) so I'd appreciate any ideas.

The trial version is supplied without help files or user manual to save download time - silly perhaps but there you are

The help file is not actually that big (about 10Mb) and if you really want it I could e-mail it to you if you contact me by Private Message with your e-mail address and confirmation that you can receive attachments of around 10Mb.
