Family ATV outing

Post by CaptainKen2 »

My first big project with MSP8. If nothing else you'll enjoy the choice of music.

I then exported to DFM6+. The opening 4 window clip was the opening video to the DVD. I also had several chapter menus.

It's about 15 minutes long.

You guys certainly know how to have fun.
Nice mix of stills and video, nice titles and excellent background music.

The one thing I though could have improved it was to have used a black background on the opening sequence, the blue background made the bottom right window look slightly odd.

Little tip for the benefit of other members who view this video, right click on the video and you get options to view it full screen or in a window.
Right click again to return to 'normal viewing mode.'

Thanks for taking a look and for the compliments. Had fun with MSP8 making it...not as much as I did participating in the action though!

I was debating about the blue background myself, and not 100% happy with it either, but black just seemed so dull.

BTW, the grainy video was shot with one of those cheap $100 MP4 mini camcorders like the Aiptek MPVR. All the other video was shot with a Sony DCR-TRV480 HandyCam on Hi8 MP 8mm tape and transferred to AVI via Firewire.
