Video Studio 8-no video converting VHS to DVD
I purchased an Easycap Capture (USB) that included Video Studio 8 to convert old VHS tapes to DVD. I do get the audio but no video. My VHS does not have s video so I'm using the RCA plug. Any suggestions thanx

First thing I would check is where VideoStudio thinks it should be showing you your video.
Go to "File >> Preferences" and about 2/3 of the way down the dialogue window is a box against "Instant Playback Target" - if the box is not showing "Preview Screen" then use the drop down and change to preview screen - click OK - let us know the outcome - even if it was already showing preview screen.
just in case it is already showing preview screen can you also confirm whether the video and sound is being captured to your computer together via USB or are you capturing sound seperately via direct RCA connections and only video via USB device.
