Hi everybody!
I have just received the Ulead Trial Collection CD and everything is OK
with Movie Factory, Photo Impact,Media Studio Pro and CD & DVD
Picture Show trials. Ulead Video Studio 11 Plus, the only program in
which I am interested, does not start at all: when I click its icon
a MS DOS (!) screen appears for a fraction of a second and then
absolutely nothing:
Can anyone explain me what's wrong?
Thankyou in advance for you help.

Welcome to the forums,
Please complete your System Information in your profile. Clicking on this button -->
will take you to a short tutorial, explaining how to find and complete that information. This way it will always be available, and will save you from retyping it in the future.
It sounds like a faulty install, Try doing a complete un-install/re-install. Ulead programs leave a lot of files behind. So just doing a simple add/remove programs from the control panel and then re-installing may not correct some issues. Instructions can be found here : Re-installation of Ulead Products

Ulead products the installation of Video Studio 11 trial from the
Ulead Products Trial CD is impossible: all I get is a flash of empty
MS DOS screen and nothing else.
Can you suggest me how to get in contact with the publisher of
the CD ( Intervideo I suppose ) to solve my problem?
Thank you in advance.

Just for information, please read the reply received from VS Customer
Service:
"Dear Customer,
The trial installer for VS11 might be corrupted from the CD. I suggest that you download online our free trial installer from our site using this link:

Thank you and have a nice day!
Case #25820"
In other words I spent about $ 20,00 for a useless CD ...
Anyway, thanks for your help Vidoman , and have a good time!
