Annoying pop up

Hi
While I have VideoStudio11+ open I get sometimes the foll lowing pop up.
"Ulead upload wizard: Powered by Neptune" with a message to buy something. Any ideas how to get rid of this annoying pop up?

Don't know about version 11 - I haven't got mine yet - but in previous versions things like that occured if you had a tick against the box "Check Ulead Website every ## days" in your Preferences

might be worth just confirming that box is unchecked in "File >> Preference"
