DVX100b on VS9

Just bought a DVX100b. Can anyone tell me if I can edit and output 24p on VS?. If I can what settings would I use?
Also can I mix 24p and 30p on the timeline?
Can't seem to find this info anywhere.
I did notice there is a 23.975fps tab on the custom>avi share tab.
